Het Nieuwe SOS NON Hydraulische SNAG Overload Systeem
Bubenzer heeft samen met Malmedie een SNAG systeem
ontwikkeld wat geen Hydrauliek meer nodig heeft.
The MALMEDIE safety-coupling MSC is the heart of the first
non-hydraulic snag protection SOS for container cranes.
This eliminates the danger of structural damage starting at the motor, which is the major source of snag inertia load.
In the event of any form of overload the inertia and the driving force of the motor is separated from the hoist within milliseconds.
Together with specially-designed service- and emergency brakes as well as the PLC from BUBENZER, the reaction
time of the system is ultra fast and completed, before conventional hydraulic anti-snag systems are able to react.
